2025 Anticipated Garden Work Party Dates (subject to change)

  1. Saturday, March 22 – 1 pm -3 pm or later

  2. Sunday, March 23 – 10 am – 12 noon or later

  3. Wednesday, April 9 – 5:30pm

  4. Saturday, April 26  – 11 am to 1 pm – Includes open house for the future of the Burrard Slopes Park Project

  5. Saturday, May 17 – 10 am to 12 noon

  6. Sunday, June 8 – 1 pm to 3 pm

  7. Monday, July 7 – 6 pm – 8 pm

  8. Saturday, July 26 – 10 am to 12 noon

  9. Sunday, August 25 – 1 pm – 3 pm

  10. Saturday, September 20 – 10 am – 12 noon

  11. Saturday, October 18 – 1 pm – 3 pm

Members are reminded that they must participate in a minimum of three Work Parties each season.
 

Please mark your calendars with the Work Party dates

Members will be asked to sign in as record of attendance. Members don’t need to attend every single work party; they must participate for a minimum total of six (6) hours throughout the active gardening season to communal garden work.

2025 AGM

Sunday, April 27, 2025 – 7pm to 9pm
Social Room at 2201 Pine Street
Please enter through the door on W 7th Avenue (marked with a balloon] and not the main doors on Pine Street
 
 
All members in good standing are encouraged to participate in the AGM
 
Participation in the AGM counts for one hour towards common work.
