2024 Anticipated Garden Work Party Dates (subject to change)

  1. Sunday, March 24 – 2 pm to 4 pm

  2. Sunday, April 21 – 2 pm to 4 pm

  3. Monday, May 20 – 6 pm to 8 pm

  4. Saturday, June 8 – 10 am to 12 noon

  5. Monday, June 24 – 7 pm to 9 pm

  6. Sunday, July 14 – 12 noon to 2 pm

  7. Monday, August 5 – 10 am to 12 noon

  8. Saturday, Sept 7 – 10 am to 12 noon

  9. Sunday, October 6 – 1 pm to 3 pm

  10. Saturday, October 26 – 10 am to 12 noon

Members are reminded that they must participate in a minimum of three Work Parties each season.
 

Please mark your calendars with the Work Party dates

Members will be asked to sign in as record of attendance. Members don’t need to attend every single work party; they must participate for a minimum total of six (6) hours throughout the active gardening season to communal garden work.

Friday, April 19 – in the afternoon at the corner of west 6th avenue and Pine Street
 
 

2024 AGM

Wednesday, April 24, at 7:30 pm
at the Snowy Room at the Kitsilano Community Centre,
located at 2690 Larch Street, Vancouver.

Doors will open at 19:15 (7:15 pm) for registration of members. Participation in the AGM accounts for one hour of community work per plot. Looking forward to seeing you there!
